We use Australia Post eParcel. Orders placed before 1:30pm AEST will be received within 1-5 business days. This service may take longer to some rural areas, during sale periods and on public holidays. We do everything that we can to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.

International Order Details

Lorna Jane ships to most destinations around the world via Air Mail and orders should normally arrive within 10-30 working days from dispatch. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. The Standard Shipping Rate to all international destinations is a flat rate of AUD$20 per order. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition.

Refunds can be issued on purchases made online on lornajane.com.au only. Refunds are not accepted in Lorna Jane retail stores. You may exchange any items purchased on lornajane.com in any Lorna Jane retail store.

All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on LJ intimates unless faulty.
