Induction

Within in the first month of starting with Lorna Jane all new starters undergo an Induction Program. This program covers the company’s mission, vision, culture and not to mention all about Lorna Jane Product and our LJ Selling Steps.

This day will also give you the opportunity to meet other team members from different stores.

Training

Every Lorna Jane Team Member completes a Get Active Training Guide when they start with the Company. This Training Guide will help you kick start your career with us!

These guides are broken into Basic Operational Modules and Management Modules that way the quicker you learn the quicker you can move up the LJ Ladder!

Support

We have a great Management Team in place to ensure you receive all the support you need. Our Head Office Departments are just a quick call away when you need help.

On the ground our Training and Development Executives strengthen our teams through regular training and appraisals. We are always on hand for you!
