Customers submitting a purchase order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by Lorna Jane Pty Ltd. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and Lorna Jane Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime.

Liability

Lorna Jane Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Lorna Jane Pty Ltd Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Ordering Method

Lorna Jane offers on-line purchasing. Orders via phone, fax or email will not be accepted.

Shipping within Australia & New Zealand

Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post E-Parcel Express and arrive within 5 - 7 working days from dispatch. A flat rate of $10 AUD applies to all Australian deliveries $150 and under. Shipping is free for orders over $150 to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.

International Shipping

Lorna Jane ships to most destinations around the world via Air Mail and arrive within 10-30 working days from dispatch. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives. A flat rate of $20 AUD applies to all international deliveries.

Delivery
 
Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. We will endeavor to search in store for styles if they are not available in the online store warehouse. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
 

Acceptance of Goods

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Lorna Jane Pty Ltd immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags in tact and accompanied by the receipt. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

Pricing

Lorna Jane Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD)

Returns & Exchanges

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition.

To assist with Gift selection, any Lorna Jane purchase between November 27th - December 24th may be exchanged on and up until January 8th 2012

To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email shoponline@lornajane.com.au with your name, contact details invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, color & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment to our Warehouse Team at Lorna Jane Head Office. If the style you require is ‘out of stock’ your replacement item(s) must be selected from the current range available at lornajane.com. Alternatively a credit note will be issued for 12 months.

To return your preferred choice to you, a $10 Postage & Handling charge will be applied once we receive the item you wish to exchange. We will contact you to process your payment, please ensure Lorna Jane has your best contact details. The “Exchange or Faulty Items return form” on the reverse side of your invoice must be completed and returned with your garments.

Lorna Jane reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a Lorna Jane a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at the Lorna Jane Head Office.

Please note:
•    Lorna Jane will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
•    Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
•    For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
•    You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
•    In the event that your product is lost in transit, Lorna Jane will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
•    We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

Return of Gift with Purchase or Promotional items

If your order is returned/ refunded and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned in original condition, otherwise the retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you wish to return purchased items but keep the promotional item we are happy to offer you an online credit note.
There is no warranty or exchange on promotional items.
 

Damages or Faulty Goods

Refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty and Lorna Jane Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty.  Claims will be reviewed and a response received within 48 hours of the arrival at Lorna Jane Pty Ltd.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped.

Typographical Errors

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Lorna Jane Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Lorna Jane Pty Ltd will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
