For this reason, we welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition.

Refunds can be issued on purchases made online on lornajane.com.au only. Refunds are not accepted in Lorna Jane retail stores. You may exchange any items purchased on lornajane.com in any Lorna Jane retail store.
 
All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on LJ intimates unless faulty.
