Provided the items are returned within 14 days of purchase in an unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with original tags attached and the original purchase receipt can be produced, Lorna Jane will happily offer an exchange for another colour, a new size or an entirely different style of LJ merchandise. In the event there are no suitable items for exchange, a store credit will be issued. If a garment(s) is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, gift card or refund will be issued. Lorna Jane does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases in retail stores.
At Lorna Jane we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. In the instance where a garment is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Lorna Jane reserves the right to examine the item in question.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases or if the item is no longer suitable (wrong size/style). In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on LJ intimates unless faulty. Lorna Jane is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.
Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on the Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
SHOP ONLINE - RETURN ONLINE OR EXCHANGE INSTORE
Orders of full priced items placed online are eligible for exchange in store or online within 14 days of payment, given the tax invoice can be produced. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with original tags attached. If a garment(s) is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, gift card or refund will be issued.
To obtain an exchange online, the items must be returned with a completed “Exchange & Return Form”, situated on the reverse side of the invoice. To obtain a copy of this form Click Here.
To ensure the preferred item for exchange is held whilst the returning order is in transit, email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance with the below information. If the style you require is out of stock an online credit note or refund will be issued. Email Address (if different than sending address) Order Number (Situated on your invoice) Desired Item for exchange (Item Name, Size, Colour)

Lorna Jane Online Return Orders
Lorna Jane reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a Lorna Jane Representative, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at the Lorna Jane Head Office.
a) Lorna Jane will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. b) Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. c) For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you. d) You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order. e) In the event that your product is lost in transit, Lorna Jane will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post. f) We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
ONLINE WAREHOUSE RETURNS
All purchases from the Online warehouse sale are final no returns, exchanges or credit issued. Purchases are only available from www.lornajane.com.au and while stocks last. No substituitions. If a garment(s) is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, gift card or refund will be issued. No substituitions.
RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Should you qualify for a Gift with Purchase upon meeting minimum spend requirements. Then however, choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund or credit note the Gift with Purchase must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tickets attached. If upon receiving your returned package the Free Gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Gift with Purchase will be deducted from the refundable amount. A Lorna Jane team member will contact you immediately and will await 10 business days before processing your payment. The cost of returning the Free Gift will be incurred by the purchaser.
There is no warranty or exchange on Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
Lorna Jane product purchases through David Jones are in accordance with the David Jones purchase policy and as such purchased product can only be returned to a David Jones store.
