Returns Policy
Lorna Jane strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love and enjoy your LJ purchase. If something isn’t quite right, let us know. 
 
INSTORE RETURNS
Provided all store swing tags are in tact and the original purchase receipt can be produced, Lorna Jane will happily offer an exchange for another colour, a new size or an entirely different style on LJ merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase. In the event there are no suitable items for exchange, a store credit will be issued. Lorna Jane does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases in retail stores.
 
At Lorna Jane we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. In the instance where a garment is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Lorna Jane reserves the right to examine the item in question. 
 
Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases or if the item is no longer suitable (wrong size/style). In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on LJ intimates unless faulty.  Lorna Jane is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase.
 
Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on the Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products. 
 
 
ONLINE RETURNS
At Lorna Jane we understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original labelling is in tact and items are returned in unworn condition.  In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on LJ intimates unless faulty. Lorna Jane is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase. Refunds can be issued on purchases made online on lornajane.com.au only. Refunds are not accepted in Lorna Jane retail stores. You may exchange any items purchased on lornajane.com.au in any Lorna Jane retail store Australia wide.

To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email shoponline@lornajane.com.au with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment to our Warehouse Team at Lorna Jane. If the style you require is 'out of stock' an online credit note or refund will be issued.

Lorna Jane reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by  Lorna Jane a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a credit note or a refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the garments arrival at the Lorna Jane Head Office. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
 
Any Lorna Jane Uniquely product purchase is subject to the standard “Purchase” and “Returns & Exchanges Terms and Conditions” and can be exchanged in any Australian Lorna Jane Retail Store or by contacting 13 89 90 for purchases made on www.lornajane.com.au
 
PLEASE NOTE:
Lorna Jane will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, Lorna Jane will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
 
RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Should you qualify for a Gift with Purchase upon meeting minimum spend requirements. Then however, choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund or credit note the Gift with Purchase must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tickets attached. If upon receiving your returned package the Free Gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Gift with Purchase will be deducted from the refundable amount.  A Lorna Jane team member will contact you immediately and will await 10 business days before processing your payment. The cost of returning the Free Gift will be incurred by the purchaser.
 
There is no warranty or exchange on Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
 
DAVID JONES
Lorna Jane product purchases through David Jones are in accordance with the David Jones purchase policy and as such purchased product can only be returned to a David Jones store.
