Please read below the Lorna Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of the Lorna Jane Gift Card (in-store & Online) provided by Lorna Jane Pty Ltd. These Terms & Conditions are intended to protect you and Lorna Jane Pty Ltd. These Terms & Conditions apply to both the Gift Card purchaser and receiver from the initial purchase date until redemption and the expiry date. Please note you are bound by these Terms & conditions upon purchasing or receiving a Lorna Jane Store or Online Gift Card. 1.0 PAYMENT
1.1 Lorna Jane Gift Cards can be purchased Online and in-store; In-store Gift Cards may be used and redeemed at a Lorna Jane Retail store. Online Gift Cards can only be purchased online and redeemed online.
1.2 The amounts shown on the Lorna Jane Gift Cards are in Australian Dollars and can be redeemed in Australian Dollars only.
1.3 Lorna Jane Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable. Lorna Jane does not accept cancellations or offer refunds under any circumstances in whole or part thereof once payment has been made and the Lorna Jane Gift Card is issued. This also applies to Online Lorna Jane Gift Cards upon dispatch; the order cannot be withdrawn.
2.0 REDEMPTION
2.1 The Lorna Jane Gift Card receiver may use the Gift Card to make purchases of goods and or services sold by Lorna Jane. Lorna Jane Gift Cards can only be redeemed when authorized by a Lorna Jane team member.
2.2 If upon redeeming your In-store Gift Card and selecting your items, there is a difference between the cost payable and the Gift Card value, the difference will be reloaded onto your Gift Card and is to be used within 12months from the date of transaction.
2.3 Lorna Jane offers a Gift Card converting service, that is, your Lorna Jane In-store Gift Card can be converted to an Online Gift Card and visa versa. If you wish to convert your Gift Card you may contact a Lorna Jane representative on 1300 LORNAJANE (1300 567 625) or 07 3252 5552 ext. 44 during business hours.
2.4 If you decide after redeeming your Gift Card to return the goods you have purchased, a credit note will be issued. The same to faulty goods please see the Lorna Jane Returns policy for more information.
2.5 There is a difference between a “Lorna Jane Gift Card” and a "Promotional Gift Card”. A purchased Lorna Jane Gift Card is one that is not associated with any promotion, incentive or offer and the complete cost has been paid for by the customer. A Promotional Card is one received as part of a competition, incentive or offer. All Lorna Jane Promotional Gift Card offers including but not limited to $10 Gift Card, 20% off Discount Card, $20 off Discount Card are void upon redemption of the Lorna Jane Gift Card(s). However where a customer redeems their Lorna Jane Gift Card(s) and meets the minimum spend requirements the Gift Card receiver is entitled to the Free Lorna Jane merchandise offers where applicable; subject to Promotions & Offers Terms & Conditions upon redemption.
2.6 Any special offers provided by Lorna Jane Pty Ltd are only applicable upon redemption of the Lorna Jane Gift Card(s) and not upon purchasing the Lorna Jane Gift Card(s).
2.7 Lorna Jane Gift Cards can not be used to purchase other Lorna Jane Gift Cards. I.e. you may not consolidate the value of several Gift Cards onto a new Gift Card or visa versa.
2.8 Online Card purchases for amounts of $500 or greater are subject to identity checking. You may be required to provide relevant identification before orders can be processed.
3.0 EXPIRY DATE
3.1 All Lorna Jane Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Upon receiving your Gift Card, the expiry date is featured on the back of the card attachment. After a Gift Card has expired, it is no longer valid. It is the responsibility of the Gift Card receiver to ensure the Card is redeemed before the expiry date. Lorna Jane is unable to extend the expiry date.
4.0 SECURITY
4.1 Both the purchaser and receiver of the Lorna Jane Gift Card(s) are responsible and liable for the safety and use of the Card. Lorna Jane will not be held responsible for lost or stolen Lorna Jane Gift Cards. Lorna Jane Gift Cards are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. You may contact a Lorna Jane representative to assist in identifying the original purchase docket number; however Lorna Jane will not be liable if the Gift Card is found to be redeemed.
