Lorna Jane Credit Note Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of the Lorna Jane Store Credit Notes (online and in-store) provided by Lorna Jane Pty Ltd. These Terms & Conditions are intended to protect you and Lorna Jane Pty Ltd. These Terms & Conditions apply to the Credit Note receiver from the initial point of exchange until redemption and the expiry date. Please note you are bound by these Terms & conditions upon receiving a Lorna Jane Store Credit. Issue
1.0 Lorna Jane Store Credits can be issued In store or Online in the event there are no suitable items for exchange upon meeting exchange conditions.
2.0 The amounts shown on the Lorna Jane Store Credits and are in Australian Dollars and can be redeemed in Australian Dollars only.
3.0 Lorna Jane Store Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable. Lorna Jane does not accept cancellations or offer refunds under any circumstances in whole or part thereof once payment of the original purchase has been made and the Lorna Jane Gift certificate is issued.
Redemption
4.0 The Lorna Jane Store Credit receiver may use the credit to make purchases of goods and or services sold by Lorna Jane. Lorna Jane Store Credits can only be redeemed when authorised by a Lorna Jane team member.
5.0 If upon redeeming your store credit and selecting your items, there is a difference between the cost payable and the Store credit value, the difference will be issued in the form of a credit note to be used within 12 months.
6.0 If you decide after redeeming your Store Credit to return your goods, the store will issue you with a credit note; if the product is deemed faulty upon assessment by a Lorna Jane team member a credit note will be issued; Lorna Jane Returns policy applies.
7.0 Lorna Jane Store Credits can not be used to purchase Lorna Jane Gift Certificates.
Expiry Date
8.0 All Lorna Jane Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The expiry date is 12 months from the date shown on your Store Credit as it is issued. After a Store Credit has expired, it is no longer valid. It is the responsibility of the Store Credit receiver to ensure the certificate is redeemed before the expiry date. Lorna Jane is unable to extend the expiry date.
Security
9.0 The receiver of the Lorna Jane Store Credit is responsible and liable for the safety and use of the certificate. Lorna Jane will not be held responsible for lost or stolen Lorna Jane Store Credit Notes. Lorna Jane Store Credits are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
