RETURNS POLICY
Lorna Jane strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love and enjoy your LJ purchase. If something isn’t quite right, let us know.
Instore Policy
Provided all store labeling is in tact and the original purchase receipt can be produced, Lorna Jane will happily offer an exchange for another color, a new size or an entirely different style on LJ merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase. In the event there are no suitable items for exchange, a store credit will be issued.
At Lorna Jane we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. In the instance where a garment is considered faulty we will offer a refund or replacement, for the full purchase price upon receiveing a copy of the original tax invoice and if returned within a reasonable time. Lorna Jane reserves the right to examine the item in question.
Refunds are not accepted for change of mind purchases or if the item is no longer suitable (wrong size/style). Due to health regulations, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on LJ Intimates or swimwear unless the items are considered faulty. Lorna Jane is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase. Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on Free Promotional items.
Online returns
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original labeling is in tact and items are returned in unworn condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on LJ intimates unless faulty.Lorna Jane is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase. Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on Free Promotional items.
To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email shoponline@lornajane.com.au with your name, contact details invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, color & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment to our Warehouse Team at Lorna Jane Head Office. If the style you require is ‘out of stock’ your replacement item(s) must be selected from the current range available at lornajane.com. Alternatively a credit note will be issued for 12 months.
To return your preferred choice to you, a $10 Postage & Handling charge will be applied once we receive the item you wish to exchange. We will contact you to process your payment, please ensure Lorna Jane has your best contact details. The “Exchange or Faulty Items return form” on the reverse side of your invoice must be completed and returned with your garments.

Lorna Jane reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a Lorna Jane a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at the Lorna Jane Head Office.
Please note:
• Lorna Jane will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
• Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
• For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
• You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
• In the event that your product is lost in transit, Lorna Jane will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
• We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
Return of Gift with Purchase or Promotional items
Should you qualify for a Free Gift with purchase upon meeting minimum spend requirements however, choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund the Free Gift must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tickets attached. If upon receiving your returned package the Free Gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Free Gift will be deducted from the refundable amount. A Lorna Jane team member will contact you immediately and will await 10 business days before processing your payment. The cost of the Free Gift will be incurred by the purchaser if you wish to return.
If you wish to keep your Free Gift with purchase however choose to exchange your purchased items at a later date, an Online credit will be issued so you continue to receive the Free Gift at no cost. There is no warranty or exchange on promotional items.
LJ Angel returns
You are welcome to exchange items purchased using the LJ Angel Service to your local Lorna Jane store or Lorna Jane Head Office within 14 days of purchase, provided you have your invoice/order confirmation, the original labeling is in tact and items are in unworn condition.
Refunds are not accepted for change of mind purchases, if the item is no longer suitable (wrong size/style) or there is a delay in delivery. We will gladly exchange the item for you when returned or offer a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of exchange. Alternatively a flat rate charge of $10 for postage and handling will be applicable on posting your preferred choice to you. The Flat Rate postage & handling charge allows you to purchase a maximum of 10 items.
