Please read below the Lorna Jane VIW Program Terms & Conditions.
This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of the Lorna Jane VIW Card, a Program for Very Important Women provided by Lorna Jane Pty Ltd. These Terms & Conditions are intended to protect you and Lorna Jane Pty Ltd. These Terms & Conditions will apply to you (the Member) from the time of signing-up of the Lorna Jane VIW membership Card until the date specified on the back of the membership card.
Please read this document carefully before signing-up to the Lorna Jane VIW CARD. If you do not understand these Terms & Conditions of use or if you have any questions please contact our friendly Lorna Jane Customer Services team on 1300 LORNA JANE (1300 567 625)
1.0 PARTICIPATION & MEMBERSHIP
1.1 To qualify and become an eligible Lorna Jane VIW member a minimum spend of $300 on Lorna Jane products is required on full priced product only. This must be completed in one transaction and is not in conjunction with any other offer.
1.2 The Lorna Jane VIW Card must be activated in store or online by a Lorna Jane staff member at the time of transaction. The customer seeking membership must provide their full customer details and sign the back of the Lorna Jane VIW Card.
1.3 The Lorna Jane VIW Card benefits and special promotions are exclusive to the person whose signature appears on the Card only. This applies when making purchases in-store, online or when using the Lorna Jane Angel Service.
1.4 You are bound by these Terms & Conditions upon handing over your personal contact details to Lorna Jane and by signing the Lorna Jane VIW Membership Card. These Terms & Conditions are deemed to have been accepted and will be binding on a Member upon first use of a Lorna Jane VIW CARD.
1.5 All Members are assigned a membership number. This number will be used for identification purposes by Lorna Jane.
1.6 Lorna Jane VIW CARDS are not debit, credit or charge Cards, are not transferable and remain the property of Lorna Jane Pty Ltd.
1.7 Membership may be cancelled or refused to individuals by Lorna Jane at its discretion, if Membership is deemed to be fraudulent or linked to a fraudulent Membership.
1.8 All Lorna Jane VIW Cards have an expiration date on the back of the Card. All Benefits and Special Promotions are strictly valid on and up until the date specified on the Lorna Jane VIW Card.
1.9 As of 19/09/2011 Lorna Jane VIW Membership will only be issued to Australian & New Zealand addresses only.
2.0 BENEFITS & PROMOTIONS
2.1 The current features and benefits of the Lorna Jane VIW CARD are described below. Lorna Jane may notify you from time to time of additional benefits of the Lorna Jane VIW CARD via mail, email, SMS, Facebook or at a Lorna Jane store. Terms & Conditions specific to that promotion should include such details relating (but not limited) to
1. The eligible purchases;
2. The period during which an eligible purchase must be made for it to be the subject of the special promotion; and
3. The length of the relevant special promotion term;
2.2 Upon qualifying as a Lorna Jane VIW you are entitled to 10% discount on all full priced Lorna Jane products only. In order to receive this benefit, you must present your card VIW Card in store and advise a Lorna Jane staff member of your VIW Membership number prior to purchase. This number must be entered online or quoted to an Lorna Jane Angel Staff Member when using these services. If you fail to enter your VIW Card number prior to checkout at lornajane.com or to notify an Lorna Jane Angel of your membership number the difference can not be refunded or credited.
2.3 VIW member holders are able to receive the “Featured Gift with Purchase” upon meeting minimum spend requirements after the 10% discount has been applied. This offer is not in conjunction with any other offer. Gift with Purchase Terms & Conditions apply.
2.4 As a Lorna Jane VIW Member you will receive a free $50 Gift Voucher each time you spend $500 in a single transaction. To qualify the total purchase must exceed $500 after the 10% Lorna Jane VIW discount has been applied. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The $50 Gift vouchers will be posted within 21 working days from the date of purchase. In Store Gift Vouchers will be posted to Australian addresses, online gift vouchers will be issued via email to all other addresses unless listed otherwise. Please ensure your postal address details are listed correctly with Lorna Jane. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure these details are up-to-date. Lorna Jane holds no responsibility for lost Gift Vouchers.
2.5 All Lorna Jane VIW Card Members with Australian & New Zealand addresses receive Free Postage at lornajane.com and when using the Lorna Jane Angel Service. To qualify you must enter the VIW Membership Card number online or quote your VIW Membership Card number to a Lorna Jane Angel to receive these benefits. If you fail to notify an Lorna Jane Angel of your membership number or fail to enter your VIW Card number prior to checkout at lornajane.com the difference for postage can not be refunded or credited. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2.6 Lorna Jane VIW Card Members also receive special Birthday Rewards via email. On your Birthday you will receive benefits valid for your Birthday month only. To qualify your date of birth details must be provided to Lorna Jane Pty Ltd upon joining the VIW program. If you fail to provide your date of birth information you will not receive a notification via email. This email must be presented to a Lorna Jane Staff member in store, the unique code entered at lornajane.com or quoted to an Lorna Jane Angel staff member prior to purchase. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2.7 All Lorna Jane VIW Membership Card holders receive extended 14 Day Returns on Lorna Jane Returns Policy. Please see General Terms & Conditions for more information regarding Returns & Exchanges online.
2.8 Active Styling appointments must be made by appointment only and are based on staffing availability. Please contact 1300 567 625 to enquire about booking a session at your nearest Lorna Jane retail store and at a time that suits.
2.9 Lorna Jane VIW Member Card holders receive free Gift Wrapping on all Gift purchases at Lorna Jane Retail stores; Subject to Gift wrapping availability.
2.10 If Lorna Jane invites you to a special event, your Lorna Jane VIW CARD may be required to gain admittance or discount.
3.11 From time to time Lorna Jane may send you offers or promotions) from partners or Affiliates of Lorna Jane.
4.0 LOST OR STOLEN VIW CARDS
4.0 You must notify the Lorna Jane Customer Services team immediately if a Lorna Jane VIW CARD is lost or stolen. Lorna Jane is not liable for any delay in replacing Lorna Jane VIW CARD or for any unauthorized use of a Lorna Jane VIW CARD.
4.1 Lost or stolen Lorna Jane VIW CARD Cards must be reported to the Lorna Jane Customer service team on 1300 567 625 or customerservice@lornajane.com.au
5.0 LORNA JANE VIW CHANGES
5.1 Lorna Jane reserves the right at all times to make any changes to the Lorna Jane VIW CARD Terms & Conditions, rewards or Benefits offered at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
1. Changes to all rules
2. Changes to Benefits offered.
6.0 TERMINATION & TRANSFER
6.1 Lorna Jane reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Lorna Jane VIW CARD if Lorna Jane reasonably believes that you have, breached these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 You may terminate your participation in the Lorna Jane VIW CARD at any time by giving Lorna Jane written notice. This can be done by writing to:

or email to customerservice@lornajane.com.au. Upon receiving notice of termination from you (the member), your Lorna Jane VIW Card will be closed.
7.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
7.1 Any failure or delay by Lorna Jane in exercising its rights under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights by Lorna Jane. Any waiver by Lorna Jane must be in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Lorna Jane.
7.2 Lorna Jane reserves the right to terminate the Lorna Jane VIW CARD at any time by giving you at least 14 days prior notice.
7.3 Lorna Jane may give you notice:
1. By posting online at www.lornajane.com;
2. in writing; via mail or email
7.4 You must advise Lorna Jane of any change of name, address, or other details as soon as the change occurs. Changes to address can be made via email to customerservice@lornajane.com.au or by calling the Lorna Jane Customer Service team at 1300 567 625.
8.0 LORNA JANE VIW PRIVACY CARD NOTICE
8.1 The following contains important privacy information for the Lorna Jane VIW Card Member.This privacy notice is provided to you by Lorna Jane Pty Ltd and contains important information regarding the collection, use, disclosure, security and access of your personal information.
Collection
8.2 The information Lorna Jane collect includes:
1. Contact Information provided by you to Lorna Jane.
2. Transactional information when you shop using your Lorna Jane VIW Card such as, but not limited to, the store(s) you shopped at, when you shopped, your purchases and method of payment.
3. Information that we may gain from other sources relevant to the Lorna Jane VIW Card
4. Information you may provide from time to time through contact with the Lorna Jane Support Centre or information you provide when using the on the Lorna Jane website.
Use, Disclosure & Protection
8.3 Your personal information will be protected through confidentiality agreements and other contractual obligations where disclosed. Lorna Jane collects this information and may use this to keep you informed about special promotions, events, product launches and other special offers and discounts, relevant to the Lorna Jane. Lorna Jane will take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, misuse, modification and disclosure while stored by Lorna Jane Pty Ltd. Lorna Jane may also use your information for research, marketing and product and service development.
