How do I place a click and collect order?

To place a click and collect order, you can:

Click the 'Click and Collect' button under the 'Add to Bag' button on a product page.
Use your current location or enter your postcode to find your nearest Lorna Jane store that has the item in stock.
Select your store that has the item in stock, and click 'Add To Bag'

If you’ve already added items to your cart, you can click on your Cart and select 'Free Click and Collect' to find your nearest store with all items in stock.

How soon will my order be ready for collection?

Click & Collect orders will generally be ready 2 business hours after order confirmation is received.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a Ready to Collect email. You will also receive a reminder email after 5 days. Please check your junk & spam folders for this email communication.

What do I need to take in store to pick up my order?

Please take a screenshot of the barcode on your Ready to Collect email. Please check your junk & spam folders for this email communication.

Where in store do I collect my order?

You can collect your order from the counter in store. Show your Ready to Collect email to one of our stylists at the counter to pick up your order.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, they simply need a screenshot of the barcode on your Ready to Collect email. Please check your junk & spam folders for this email communication.

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a completely free service.

How long do I have to collect my order?

You have 14 days to collect your order. Any order not collected in this timeframe will be cancelled.

What if I cannot collect my order within 14 days?

If you cannot collect your order within 14 days you can reach out to our Customer Care team via Live Chat 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday AEST to request an extension.

Why is click and collect not available for all items?

Click and collect is not available for some items as they may not be available in all stores or your preferred store may not currently have stock available of your chosen item.

Can I split the items in my cart between click and collect and have some items delivered?

No, unfortunately not. Please ensure that all items are in stock at your selected store before checking out.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed with Click & Collect we are unable to change or cancel that order.

Can I return my item(s) if they are not suitable?

We offer an exchange, Gift Card or refund (full price styles) for any Click & Collect purchase returned within 30 days of pick up. It is important the products tags remain attached and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required prior to return. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.
