We'll email or SMS you when your order is ready to be picked up from in-store.
Head into your selected store with your order confirmation email to collect your order from the Click & Collect counter.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?
Click the 'Click and Collect' button under the 'Add to Bag' button on a product page. Use your current location or enter your postcode to find your nearest Lorna Jane store that has the item in stock. Select your store that has the item in stock, and click 'Add To Bag' If you’ve already added items to your cart, you can click on your Cart and select 'Free Click and Collect' to find your nearest store with all items in stock.
How soon will my order be ready for collection?
Click & Collect orders will generally be ready 4 business hours after order confirmation is received.
How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a Ready to Collect email. You will also receive a reminder email after 5 days. Please check your junk & spam folders for this email communication.
How long do I have to collect my order?
You have 14 days to collect your order. Any order not collected in this timeframe will be cancelled and refunded. We do ask to allow up to 5 business days for the funds to return once a refund has been processed.
What do I need to take in store to pick up my order?

Can I amend or cancel my Click & Collect order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot amend or cancel that order. However, all Click & Collect orders have a 14 day collection timeframe and will automatically be cancelled and refunded after this time.
