"The colour was not as expected and my return process has been far from simple. Never again will I order from Lorna Jane online again. I’ve lost $37 over this. The postage will be charged twice. Once with them and then once with courier. Never got my refund gift voucher. Chased it up. Supposedly now sent again and still waiting."
