Introducing OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 at Lorna Jane
At Lorna Jane, we've always believed that what you wear matters.
For more than 37 years we've designed activewear to help women feel their best. Today, we're taking that commitment one step further by achieving OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification across a selection of our core activewear styles.
It's another step in our commitment to transparency, product quality and giving you confidence in what you wear every day.
What is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100?
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is one of the world's leading independent textile safety certifications.
Each component of a certified product has been tested for harmful substances by an independent OEKO-TEX® member institute. This means testing extends beyond the main fabric to include components such as threads, trims, labels and accessories.
Certification criteria are reviewed regularly to reflect evolving scientific knowledge and international regulations.
Why did we choose OEKO-TEX®?
Our customers trust us to create products they feel good wearing.
While we've long worked with suppliers who use OEKO-TEX® certified components wherever possible, we wanted to take the next step by independently certifying selected finished products.
This provides independent verification from TESTEX, an OEKO-TEX® member institute, and gives our customers greater confidence in the products they choose.
Why did we start with our Essentials?
We chose to begin with our core activewear collection because these are the products our customers know and wear every day.
By starting with our most popular essentials, we could make the greatest impact while establishing a strong foundation for expanding certification across additional products over time.
This is the beginning of our OEKO-TEX® journey, and we look forward to growing the range of certified products in future collections.
