Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via a Priority Post service with Australia Post for a charge of $12.95 per parcel. All orders over $180 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


We use Australia Post couriers for our international shipping. All orders with a delivery address in New Zealand will receive a charge of $40 shipping. All orders with a delivery location outside of New Zealand and Australia will receive a charge of $75 shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request "Safedrop" Lorna Jane will not be held liable for missing parcels.


All Lorna Jane orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.


We will use our Lorna Jane Active Concierge service to source your order from store if it is sold out from our online warehouse. You will receive a 2nd email advising of this if your order will be a split delivery. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
