AUSTRALIA

Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via a Priority Post service with Australia Post for a charge of $12.95 per parcel. All orders over $150 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
 

NEW ZEALAND

Orders with a New Zealand delivery address are sent via Australia Post for a charge of $10 per parcel (from 20th August 2021). You can expect to receive your parcel within 3 to 4 business days from dispatch.
 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We use Australia Post couriers for our international shipping. All orders with a delivery address in New Zealand will receive a charge of $40 shipping. All orders with a delivery location outside of New Zealand and Australia will receive a charge of $75 shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request "Safedrop" Lorna Jane will not be held liable for missing parcels.
 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.
