NEW ZEALAND

Orders with a New Zealand delivery address are sent via Australia Post for a charge of $30 per parcel. You can generally expect to receive your parcel within 3 to 4 business days from dispatch.
 

CANADA

Orders with a Canada delivery address are sent via DHL for a charge of $30 per parcel. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders with a delivery location outside of New Zealand, Canada and Australia will receive a charge of $75 shipping. We use Australia Post or DHL couriers for our international shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
 

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk and title in the goods you purchase pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.
 

DELIVERY TIMES

Lorna Jane uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post or DHL couriers. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
 

ORDER COMMUNICATION

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.
