At Lorna Jane, we believe that meaningful change is driven by collective effort. As Active Citizens, we are dedicated to collaborating with industry leaders, organisations, and our community to create a sustainable and ethical future. Here's how we're working together with our partners and certifications to make a difference.

Responsible Business Commitment #7

Lorna Jane is committed to collaboration, knowing that meaningful change can only be achieved when we forge forward together as Active Citizens.

Our Partners

Seamless: As founding members of Seamless, Australia’s Clothing Stewardship Scheme, Lorna Jane is at the forefront of driving circularity within the fashion industry. This initiative reflects our commitment to reducing textile waste and promoting responsible consumption, ensuring that our products contribute to a more sustainable future.

SEDEX: To maintain the highest standards of social compliance and traceability, Lorna Jane requires all of our suppliers (tier 1 and 2) to be registered on SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange). This platform allows us to monitor and manage our supply chains, ensuring that our products are made under ethical working conditions, with respect for human rights and labour standards.

Fair Supply: Lorna Jane has been collaborating with Fair Supply since 2020 to enhance our due diligence efforts in combating modern slavery. Through this partnership, we leverage advanced tools and expertise to identify and mitigate risks in our supply chains, reinforcing our commitment to ethical sourcing and transparency.

Treet: In line with our sustainability goals, Lorna Jane has partnered with Treet to launch our resale platform. This initiative empowers our customers to extend the life of their activewear by buying and selling pre-loved Lorna Jane pieces, reducing waste and keeping products in circulation.

RISE: To empower the workers in our supply chain, Lorna Jane has integrated the RISE worker empowerment program into our factory in Ningbo Longson, China. This program is designed to enhance worker well-being, promote fair labour practices, and ensure that our production processes support the dignity and rights of every individual involved.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100: Our commitment to safety and quality is reinforced by using Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified fabrics. This certification ensures that the materials in our products have been tested for harmful substances, guaranteeing they are safe for human use and environmentally responsible.

Global Recycled Standard (GRS): Lorna Jane products featuring recycled fibers are certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). This certification verifies the recycled content in our fabrics and ensures that our production processes adhere to strict environmental and social responsibility criteria.
