How do I cancel amend my order?
Once an order has been placed, you cannot amend or cancel your order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.
How do I redeem my Lorna Jane Gift Card?
Select the Payment Method of “Gift Card” at Step 3 of the checkout process. Enter the barcode number and pin, Select Check Balance and Redeem. The payment will then apply. Please note, if splitting payments, pay with the gift voucher first, then select an alternative payment type for the balance.
Missing a style in order?
As all available stock both in-stores and online will reflect via our website, it is completely normal for orders to come in separate parcels as they are sent from both in-store and online. You will receive an Order Update email to notify you of a split delivery. For a split delivery you will receive a separate tracking and invoice email.
Can I order online and pick up my order from a Lorna Jane Store?
Yes! We currently offer Click & Collect in selected Australian Retail stores. Our Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to shop online and collect your order from a local Lorna Jane store. Please see our Click & Collect page for further details.

Missing a style in your order?
As all available stock both in-stores and online will reflect via our website, it is completely normal for orders to come in separate parcels as they are sent from both in-store and online. You will receive an Order Update email to notify you of a split delivery. For a split delivery you will receive a separate tracking and invoice email.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order has been cancelled this could be caused by a technical error or an oversell on the item/s in your order. All refunds on cancelled orders can take up to 5 business days for the funds to return.

How do I amend or cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, you cannot amend or cancel your order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.
