How do I return whilst I am in lockdown?
You may visit your closest Lorna Jane store when they are re-open, and we will be more than happy to assist, provided your product remains in original condition, with all tags and ticketing attached along with your proof of purchase. Our 30 day return time period may apply from when your Lorna Jane store opens, for customers that have purchased post 25th June.

Alternatively, you're most welcome to return to our Online store, by following our steps on our Returns Page. You may also purchase a CouriersPlease pick up service, via this link.

I don't have a printer to print off my returns form?
Not a problem, you are most welcome to write the information (from our Returns form) on a piece of paper to include inside your return parcel.

Are you offering free shipping or free returns during lockdown?
All orders over $150 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. We have a service via CouriersPlease, in which you are able to purchase a pick up for an small cost.

Can I have an extended time frame for returns?
We have a return time period of 30 days, and are more than happy to provide flexibility to those impacted by lockdowns. Any customers in lockdown from the 25th of July, are able to return to their local store from the date the store re-opens.

Will my return be delayed?
We currently have no delays, and are within our standard time frame, allowing up to 2 weeks for the return to be processed.


Are there any delays with shipping?
Due to high demand in the Australia Post network, they are currently experiencing a 1 - 2 business day delivery delay to some states in Australia.
